Careers at In-Line
Join a union, family-owned crew where growth isn’t optional — it’s required. We train our own, we win as a team, and we create opportunity, stability, and security for everyone willing to grow and lead.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re always looking for people in alignment with our mission, vision, and core values — people who want to grow, who want to help scale In-Line into a billion-dollar corporation, and who want to build a career they retire from. If that’s you, read our mission, vision, and values below, then send us your application. We want you on the team.
Statement 1 · Our Mission
Our mission is simple, serious, and non-negotiable: we exist to elevate our clients — personally, professionally, and financially — by delivering excellence so consistently that we become the reason they win their next opportunity. When our clients shine in front of their clients — schools, cities, communities — everyone involved wins.
Behind every project we complete is a deep commitment: to make our clients look exceptional, to help them secure the next contract, to protect their name and reputation, and to exceed what’s expected — every time. We don’t chase transactions; we build long-term partnerships. We don’t aim to satisfy; we aim to be impossible to replace. We don’t just build fences and railings — we build the foundation of our clients’ next promotion, their next project, their next success story.
If our clients win, we win. The Client Is Everything.
Statement 2 · Our Vision
We create impact, build legacy, and shape lives through every job we touch. Our work protects children, empowers businesses, and strengthens communities — because how we build matters as much as what we build. We refuse to follow the industry — we set the standard. Mediocrity doesn’t live here; integrity, accountability, and purpose do.
We build more than fences, handrails, and structures — we build people. We grow, train, stretch, and challenge one another, because growth isn’t optional — it’s the lifeblood of who we are. Over the next decade we will grow, expand, and multiply opportunity, raise new leaders, and create prosperity that outlasts us. In-Line is where people come to stay, to grow, to create stability for their families, and to build lives they’re proud of — a place where you can retire with purpose. We are a home for doers, problem solvers, and people who take ownership: people who show up hungry, on time, and all in.
Building the Next Decade of Opportunity — On Purpose and With Purpose.
Statement 3 · Our Core Values
Our work carries purpose, and our performance reflects who we are. We don’t show up to be average — we show up to set the standard.
These standards are how we hire, how we promote, and how we part ways with those who don’t align. If you choose to be here, you choose to live by them — no exceptions, no excuses.
We own our actions, our words, our deadlines, our mistakes, and our results. We don’t blame and we don’t make excuses — we fix it, learn from it, and rise. Only ownership.
We don’t just build projects — we build people. Growth is required, not optional. When our people grow, In-Line grows.
Our clients depend on us; we depend on each other. When we perform with integrity and precision, our clients win. Results aren’t goals — they’re requirements.
One team, one mission. We don’t compete against each other — we complete each other. We win together or not at all.
We speak with honesty, clarity, and respect. Silence kills businesses. We stay loud, clear, and aligned — always.
Zero room for ego, agendas, or division. If you’re not aligned with our Mission, Vision, and Core Values, you’re in the wrong place. Alignment is non-negotiable.
From first call to final closeout — patience, integrity, and excellence. Average effort has no place here. Excellence is our minimum standard.
Our purpose begins and ends with our people. We create opportunity, stability, and security for everyone willing to grow and lead. This is our legacy.
Inspirational. Disciplined. Accountable. Transparent. Aligned. Results-oriented. These aren’t slogans — they’re the standards that define how we operate and what it takes to belong here.
Alignment is a requirement, not a preference. If you step out of alignment with our Mission, Vision, and Core Values — and you’re not willing to correct it — you’re choosing to exit yourself from the organization.

How to Join
Straightforward, consistent, and the same for every applicant. Here’s exactly how it works.
Every application is reviewed the same way. If you look like a possible fit, we may invite you in for a first interview to get to know you and understand your experience. For candidates we’d like to know better, there may be a second conversation. Interviews are simply how we get to know people — they are not an offer of employment, and a first or second interview does not guarantee a job. We don’t guarantee employment to anyone. What we’re doing is building a clear picture of our strongest candidates, so that if and when we open a position, we already know who we want to reach out to first. The process is the same for every applicant, whether you apply in the office or online.
Our Mission, Vision, and Core Values are the standard for everything we do — how we hire, how we promote, and how we part ways. Alignment is a requirement, not a preference. Team members who step out of alignment and aren’t willing to correct it choose to exit the organization themselves. We believe in being clear about who we are up front — so the right people know they’ve found their home, and everyone knows the standard we live by.
Before You Apply
The three statements above — our Mission, our Vision, and our Core Values — are who we are. At In-Line, alignment isn’t a nice-to-have; it’s the job. We hire people who are all-in and moving with us.
Read all three before you apply — and again before your interview. When we sit down together, we’ll talk through how they resonate with you, so come having thought it through and ready to share. The people who thrive here show up prepared, aligned, and hungry to grow.
